Refund policy

When you’re happy we’re happy. If you’re not happy with your order we’ll do our best to make things right. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items arriving in the following condition:

• Damaged (e.g. rips, tears, scratches, broken parts, etc.)
• Defective (e.g. poor image quality, marks, stains, etc.) **
• Incorrect items (e.g. design, size, or color does not match order)
• Missing items

Similarly, items lost in transit can be replaced when we are notified within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please pay special attention to the sizing charts included with each item of clothing.

We will review your submission within 48 hours. Once validated, refunds should be issued within 5-12 business days. Exchanges should ship within 7-10 business days.

**a note about color consistency. While our printers do their best to minimize color variations, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot always be achieved. Color variations within acceptable tolerance levels are not considered defective.

Note: Island Dogs does not maintain physical inventory of our retail items. Rather we utilize print-on-demand services that create each custom order as it comes in. As a result, returns or exchanges are not eligible under any other condition, including buyer’s remorse.
